Customers who subscribe to our ENERGIA Maintenance and Support Service are given access to our helpdesk of professional Software Support Engineers.
Our customers can choose the level of ENERGIA Software Support they receive, basic or additional. We have a Poland-based helpdesk of Specialist Support Engineers handling queries, providing advice and supporting customers.
By subscribing to ENERGIA's Maintenance and Support Service, the users of the Software are entitled to a certain number of consultation hours as agreed in the contract. ENERGIA Software Support is available through our Helpdesk which is available Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.00 (excluding Polish Public Holidays).
